Our Basic Philosophy

We (RPS) are supplying a Roof Truss Solution according to your needs. Therefore, RPS will measure and Guarantee the dimensional accuracy of every product that you Purchase and all this is included in the price we quote you.

We aim to return your quotation within one week. 7 Days! Along with a Scheme Proposal. We often return your quote to you within 2-3 days!

When you call us you will speak to the same dedicated surveyor / designer each time who will understand your development, grow your project alongside you and will always be available to answer your questions or alter the scheme as it develops.

Once the Roof Truss / Timber Engineered Scheme has been agreed then R.P.S will attend site and measure your property for dimensional accuracy. So no backwards and forwards with profiles or design proposals or dimensions or emails for YOU to sign or confirm.

• Every Job comes with a Layout drawing to assist site fixing.
• A Full Calculation report to satisfy building control of the manufactured structural Integrity of ALL timber engineered products supplied by RPS Ltd.
• A Dimensional and Logistical site survey offered at no additional cost to all timber engineered products supplied

Our design program can 'Overlay' CAD and work to the same structural design dimensions and criteria. We can often Re-design and eliminate complex cranked steel roof structures. Simplify and reduce both the cost and carbon footprint in favor of a more sustainable, environmentally considered approach using Scandinavian softwood 'Crop' Timbers.

We also have access to 3 separate fixing teams that may be available following our supply delivery. With a combined experience of over 60 years we can and will only recommend joiners and laborer's than can:

• Accurately read our supply layout drawings.
• Are Accurate with the fixing schedule and timescale and will not let you down.
• High quality of workmanship, Work Tidy, Customer care, customer communication and satisfaction throughout.
• Clean, friendly and professional at all times.
• Payment only on work completion with a satisfactory and final check by RPS Ltd (If required)
• All Fixing works completed are fully guaranteed and often lead to a speedy approval from building control, local authority or you independent specialist.
